Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask for 48hrs notice for Keratin/Extension services to be cancelled or rescheduled. Appointments cancelled within this window will be charged 100% of service total. Haircuts and color will be charged 50% within 24hrs Same day cancellations/no-show will be charged 100%. Late fee: If appt needs to be rescheduled due to lateness, 50% of service will be due. Our late time frame is 20 minutes for color/ 15 minutes for cut or blowdry Keratin Appointments and Extensions: Deposits will not transfer to rescheduled appointments within the 48 hour cancellation policy window.
